Lance Roberts: Smaller Stimulus May Have Only "Muted" Effect On Economy This Time Around Real Investment Advice's Lance Roberts explains in a Tuesday morning market update that the passage of the latest stimulus bill is only half as much as what was seen earlier this year. Roberts says the smaller stimulus package may have a "muted" effect on the economy "this time around." He said it could only be a matter of time before the market realizes that stimulus isn't going to do a lot to "substantially increase economic growth." Roberts also talks about money follows are turning lower, suggesting downside pressure could start materializing for stocks. He mentions that upside bias may appear as fund managers "window dress" portfolios before year's end.
