Take a look at Philly Fed. It is exploding higher, better future US manufacturing prospects. And even the leading components are starting to look very bullish for the ISM manufacturing outlook. Can you hear the USA, USA, USA chants? On the other hand, it’s hard to get better levels than currently in Philly Fed, so from a momentum perspective – nothing is left. Maybe that was why yields dropped after the release?
