Tomorrow Micheal Dell will find out of his $24.9 billion buyout proposal will be accepted by shareholders. Dell (NYSE: DELL) has seen shares fall over the years and Micheal Dell the founder and CEO of the personal computer maker wants to take the company private so he can work on a turnaround of the company out of the spotlight. There has been plenty of bumps on the road to this vote, including guru investor Carl Ichan doing his best to stop Dell from being able to take the company private. THen Micheal Dell won the apporval of a special committee to consider any of the absentee votes tomorrow as 'Yes" towards his offer in stead of "No". This decision is widely seen as the biggest reason why Dell will be able to take the company private.
