Harley-Davidson plunged last week to 2-year low as earnings fell under the $0.78 expectation at $0.69. Both U.S. and international sales decreased and guidance for sales for the year was lowered by 11,000 motorcycles (4% reduction in units). The stock fell from around $56 to $48. Anyway, I think there is no reason to dump the stock in such a violent way - in my opinion, in 4th quarter shares will slide moderately, forming a falling wedge on the chart, and after that we can see a rebound from mid-40 levels.
