News Corp. is buying Move Inc., the parent company of property websites like Realtor.com, for $950 million. The move was made to open News Corp.'s digital marketing business and advertising business as its print publications business falls. Realtor.com lists properties for sale and rent from homeowners and agents. The site mostly makes its money from subscriptions and advertising. News Corp. is paying $21 per share for Move.com which is a 37% premium over the stocks closing price on Monday.
