3 Stocks Moving In Friday's After-Hours Session

U.S. markets closed the week in green, marking a fourth consecutive week of gains, helped by strength in the telecom and manufacturing sectors.

After the market closed, Nielsen N.V. Ordinary Shares NLSN 0.7% lost about 0.34 percent, after declaring a $0.31 per share quarterly dividend, in line with the previous payout. This dividend implies a forward yield of 2.22 percent and is payable on September 8 to shareholders of record as of August 25.

Also down, about 0.22 percent in after-hours, was American Airlines Group Inc AAL 4%, which announced it would defer delivery of 22 Airbus wide-body aircrafts. While this would imply about $1.2 billion in savings through 2018, it would also imply an average delay of 26 months in the delivery of said planes. The stock rose 4 percent following its earnings report.

Posting a much larger decline was Lucas Energy, Inc. LEI 1.33%, which slipped about 3.66 percent in Friday’s after-hours session, after disclosing an audit opinion from GBH CPAs, its independent registered public accounting firm, “which included a going concern qualification.” The company also said it had received on Thursday a notification from the NYSE MKT exchange saying it was “not in compliance with certain of the Exchange's continued listing standards as set forth in Part 10 of the NYSE MKT Company Guide.”
