The Wall Street Journal reported an ongoing criminal probe focused on Valeant’s relationship with a closely linked mail-order-pharmacy named Philidor RX Services LLC. The investigation is being run out of the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's office.
  • Omeros Corporation (NASDAQ: OMER) shares fell 8.5 percent to $11.78 in pre-market trading. Omeros reported a public offering of $40 million shares of its common stock.
  • Shake Shack Inc (NYSE: SHAK) fell 8 percent to $37.60 in pre-market trading. Shake Shack posted better-than-expected Q2 results. However, the company reported weak comparable sales. Same store sales increased 4.5 percent, versus a 12.9 percent growth in the year-ago period. However, analysts were looking for 4.8 percent growth.
  • Franklin Street Properties Corp. (NYSE: FSP) shares fell 5.9 percent to $12.38 in pre-market trading after the company announced plans to offer 6.125 million shares of common stock.
  • Seres Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: MCRB) shares fell 5.6 percent to $8.70 in pre-market trading as the company posted a wider-than-expected Q2 loss.

  • BMC Stock Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: BMCH) shares fell 2.3 percent to $20.00 in pre-market trading. BMC Stock commenced a public offering of 2.4 million shares common stock.
