ETFs tracking the main U.S. indexes took a 1% hit each Thursday as global growth concerns continue to weigh heavily on investor sentiment. The S&P 500, Dow Jones Industrial Average and Nasdaq indexes are back in correction territory, trading 10% or more below their 52-week highs, as the Street awaits Fed Chair Janet Yellen's speech after the close. SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average (ARCA:DIA) was down 1.6% shortly before noon.
