As the following chart illustrates, the new company would own dozens of the world’s most popular beer brands, posing a challenge to regulators. To be clear, this covers most of the companies’ brands, but it’s not a complete list. AB InBev and SABMiller brands InBev BUD, +1.41% is already the world’s biggest brewer, with SABMillerSAB, +0.16% in second place.
