CBRE to Provide Services to Royal Dutch Shell's Portfolio

CBRE Group, Inc. CBG, the Los Angeles, CA-based commercial real estate services and investment firm has been chosen to provide project and facilities management services for the global retail portfolio of Royal Dutch Shell plc. This deal with the global oil and gas giant is likely to be accretive for the CBRE Group, going forward.

Per the deal, the Global Workplace Solutions (“GWS”) business of CBRE Group will be entrusted with the task of offering new country wide assignment for India. Further, the real estate operations company will offer project management services in select countries around the globe under the network of Shell. CBRE will also provide project management services in 7,000 out of Shell’s 43,000 fuel stations. The geographical areas that are covered under this agreement include Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

CBRE Group offers a wide range of services to tenants, owners, lenders and investors in office, retail, industrial, multi-family and other types of commercial real estates in all major metropolitan areas across the globe.
