中国保险：保监会全面取消险企资本保证金事前审批，并调整提存金额要求
路透上海4月28日 - 中国保监会网站最新发布加强保险公司资本保证金的监管管理办法，取消保险公司资本保证金事前审批，全部改为事后备案，同时还规定保险公司应当按照其注册资本的20%提取保证金，除公司清算时用于清偿债务外，不得动用。
