Bank Of England Ditching Paper £20 Banknote, Going Plastic

In the age of digital currency, the Bank of England announced Wednesday that it is discontinuing printing its £20 banknote on paper and is instead moving to polymer, saying the material is more secure, durable and cleaner. A £20 note is worth approximately $30 US.

The polymer bank notes are significantly more popular.
