Thursday, March 28, will see a heavy flow of closely watched economic data.

Pound investors are advised to check out the UK’s GfK Consumer Confidence Index for March at 00:01 GMT. On average, investors anticipate the metric to drop from -26 to -27.

Germany’s March unemployment data are due out at 8:55 GMT. Analysts forecast the metric to stay at 6.9%.

Final Q4 GDP will be announced in the US at 12:30 GMT. To remind, the revised data showed the country’s economy expanded 0.1% q-o-q, and analysts expect the growth rate to be revised to 0.4% q-o-q. At the same time, initial jobless claims for last week will be announced.

Chicago PMI for March is due out at 13:45 GMT. Wall Street forecasts the index to fall from 56.8 to 56.2.

The Kansas City Fed Manufacturing Index for March is due out at 15:00 GMT.
