Capital One Financial (COF) Stock Lower on Oppenheimer Downgrade

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Capital One Financial (COF - Get Report) are slipping by 2.48% to $68.10 in pre-market trading on Tuesday morning, following a rating downgrade to "underperform" from "perform" at Oppenheimer.

The rating change comes as the financial institution is facing market headwinds. Oppenheimer has also reduced its estimates on the stock.

Oppenheimer set a $58 price target on Capital One stock.
