Apple has come to an out of court settlement with plaintiffs who accused the tech company of price fixing on e-books. Apple and the plaintiffs reached an agreement in principal but it still needs to be approved by the US District Court in New York. Originally the plaintiffs were suing for $840 million in damages from Apple, charing that it was overcharging customers on e-books making over $280 million.
