港报社评：海难船长虽判囚，仍须追究海事处--信报2月17日
涉案而沉船的“南丫四号”船长周志伟，以及渡轮“海泰号”船长黎细明，各被控39项误杀罪，以及危害他人海上安全罪。结果，周志伟误杀罪名不成立，危害他人海上安全罪名则成立；黎细明被裁定39项误杀罪全部成立，危害他人海上安全罪亦成立；周志伟被判入狱9个月，黎细明刑责较重所以判囚八年。
