Dynagas GP LLC serves as the general partner of Dynagas LNG Partners LP. The company was founded in 2013 and is based in Monaco.

DLNG not only has LNG vessels, but it also has the only fleet of LNG vessels which can sail the harsh arctic conditions in the Northern Sea routes.

DLNG's business model is one of our favorite types - long-term fee-based contracts, which provide ample, stable cash flow for distributions. It grows its operations via dropdown acquisitions from its sponsor.

In fact, it just announced two new time charters on vessels that it acquired from its sponsor. In late 2015, DLNG bought the Lena River, which it just put into a new long-term time charter agreement for the Yamal LNG Project. The Yamal LNG Project is an LNG production terminal that is currently being constructed on the Yamal Peninsula in Northern Russia.
