Uncle Carl is back at it again, this time the guru investor is asking a Delaware court to speed up the process of his lawsuit against the worlds number 3 computer maker Dell (NYSE:Dell). Late last month Dell agreed to count all absentee votes as yes for the September 12th vote on weather or not the company will accept the $24.8 billion buy offer from the companies founder Micheal Dell. Dell wants to take the company private so he can rebuild it outside of eye of the public. Icahn wants to take over the company and sell it off for junk parts so its clear neither one of these guys will be able to come to a agreement on how to run this company. But with a special committee agreeing to view the absentee votes as yes, things are more in favor of Micheal Dell than Icahn.
