--中国证监会主席肖钢日前表示，证监会要从过去事前的审批者转变到真正的监管者，并将继续大力推进监管转型、简政放权；经过前期清理，现存非行政许可事项中，除一项拟转为行政许可外，今年拟将所有非行政许可审批全部取消。
