Tyson Foods (TSN) has risen 2.5% to $76.01 after beating fiscal fourth-quarter earnings forecasts and raising its 2018 guidance. Nektar Therapeutics (NKTR) has soared 26% to $41.10 after releasing positive drug-trial data.

Was It Something I Ate? Chipotle Mexican Grill (CMG) has fallen 2% to $274 after an actor on the TV show Supergirl blamed the chain for an illness.

JPMorgan Was Busy: Rio Tinto (RIO) has declined 1.8% to $48.63 after getting cut to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries (TEVA) has declined 1.6% to $11.59 after getting downgraded to Underweight from Neutral at JPMorgan.

It's Always Doing Something: Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (VRX) has declined 1.2% to $15.19 after announcing a $750 million debt offering.
