The most confusing aspect of Twitter (NYSE:TWTR) is determining whether or not it's trading at a reasonable valuation. Anyone could technically say that it's a great investment, but without a rational framework for determining the case, we throw around ideas rather than a sound argument for investing in Twitter. To arrive at my rather optimistic conclusion, I must first review the topic of Non-GAAP earnings, as I believe that Non-GAAP earnings, non-GAAP PEG ratio, and non-GAAP P/E ratio, are fully sufficient for characterizing the value of investing in Twitter.
