A consortium, including an affiliate of Shanghai Giant Network Technology and private equity firm Yunfeng Capital, founded by Alibaba Group Holding Ltd BABA’s Chairman Jack Ma, announced Staurday it has entered into a definitive agreement with Caesars Interactive Entertainment to acquire Playtika for $4.4 billion in cash.
