Take A Bite Out Of Apple Hospitality And Get Paid Monthly

I still have my sights set on a $20.00 year-end target and the purpose for this article is to validate the argument.

I’m attracted to APLE’s conservatively-structured balance sheet that has excellent access to capital markets - and one of the safest balance sheets overall.

APLE reports Q3-15 earnings on November 5th.

In May (2015), I wrote an article on Apple Hospitality (NYSE:APLE) in which I recommended the company at a price of $18.21 with an expected year-end target price of $20.00. Shares were headed in the right direction (hit $19.77), but recently pulled back to a recent close of $18.98.

That's not bad though, especially considering the fact that APLE was the ONLY Lodging REIT that has generated positive share price growth (since it listed on the NYSE in May):
