  • Bristol-Myers Squibb Co BMY rose 3.7 percent to $51.10 in the pre-market trading session after the company delivered better than expected results for the third quarter. The company boosted its EPS outlook for the year 2016 and initiated guidance for 2017.

  • Community Health Systems CYH shares fell 30.3 percent to $6.99 in pre-market trading. Community Health Systems projects Q3 net operating revenue of $4.380 billion and loss from continuing operations before income taxes of around $(83) million. Baird downgrades Community Health from Neutral to Underperform.
  • Rewalk Robotics Ltd RWLK shares fell 22.5 percent to $3.45 in pre-market trading. ReWalk Robotics announced an offering of ordinary shares and warrants and reported preliminary Q3 sales of 1.4 million.
  • Groupon Inc GRPN shares fell 8.8 percent to $4.80 in the pre-market trading session. Groupon reported better-than-expected results for its third quarter and announced plans to acquire LivingSocial Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
