The Private Sector at a Glance tables are the result of close collaboration between the staff of the World Bank's Development Economics Data Group and the Investment Climate Department of the Financial and Private Sector Development Vice Presidency. The table draws on several sources of data, and covers more than 40 indicators for the following topics: Economic and social context Business environment Private sector investment Finance and banking Infrastructure Data are largely drawn from the Development Economics Data Group's World Development Indicators database, and are supplemented by additional information from IFC, the World Bank, and external data sources.
