Will Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) Stock React to New Products?

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Hewlett-Packard (HPQ - Get Report) stock is increasing by 0.04% to $28 in afternoon trading on Wednesday, after the company introduced new personal notebooks and tablets.

The company introduced an updated version of its premium notebook, the HP Spectre x360, with a high-resolution 13.3-inch display, 6th Gen Intel (INTC) Core and a solid slate drive of up to 512 GB.

The HP Spectre x2 is a tablet-first PC that comes with a keyboard and up to 10 hours of battery life.

Hewlett-Packard also introduced new versions of the HP ENVY, including its thinnest notebook yet at 12.95 millimeters with a 13.3-inch display and 6th Gen Intel Core Processors, and the HP Envy PC with a curved, 34-inch display.

The HP Stream 11.6- and 13.3-inch notebooks with free cloud storage for a year will be available in multiple colors with an Intel Celeron processor and 8.5 hours of battery life.
