HFF: Quality Name With Numerous Competitive Advantages Oversold Amidst General Market Weakness


Recently the shares have sold of sharply when the market took a dive.

Quarterly and 1st half of 2015 numbers are looking good with a strong end to 2015 likely.

The company enjoys numerous competitive advantages that set it apart from the pack: ownership culture, proprietary database and a one-stop shop model.

Management has proven over many years including very tough ones back in 2007 to know how to build out the company.

The only weakness I see is the vulnerability to the real estate market which could be hedged.
