Yesterday we learnt that the DOW will be changing its components. Alcoa (NYSE:AA), Bank of America (NYSE:BAC), and Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ) will be booted from the Dow Jones Industrial Average due to bad performance. Dow companies are usually companies that have stable growth and little fluctuations in stock prices. AA has been struggling to remain over $10 a share for the past few years. BAC has had considerable growth in the past but is still has many problems with it’s balance sheet. These three companies has been replaced by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS), Nike (NYSE:NIKE), and Visa (NYSE:V). Do you agree with these changes? Would you buy these stocks?
