Wednesday, March 27, is expected to be a macro heavy day.

At 7:00 GMT we advise investors to check out Germany’s GfK consumer confidence index for April. On average, the market expects the index to grow from 5.9 to 6.0.

Swiss franc investors would do well to keep an eye on Switzerland’s KoF Leading Indicators Index for March at 8:00 GMT. The index is expected to fall from 1.03 to 0.98.

At 9:30 GMT pound investors are advised to monitor the final reading of the UK’s Q4 GDP. Preliminary data showed the UK economy shrank 0.3% q-o-q.

A set of economic data out of the Eurozone, where the Business Climate Index for March takes center stage, is to be announced at 8:00 GMT. On average, the market expects the gauge to fall from -0.73 to -0.75.

The EIA’s mid-week report on oil and product stockpiles is to be released stateside at 14:30 GMT.

Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago President Charles Evans is set to deliver a speech at 15:00 GMT. Boston Fed governor Eric Rosengren delivers a speech at 15:30 GMT, to be followed by Cleveland Fed president Sandra Pianalto at 16:15 GMT and Minneapolis Fed president Narayana
