The weekly index of retail store sales will come out of the United States at 11.45 GMT and a weekly report on comparable sales at the country’s largest retail chains (Redbook) will be published at 12.55 GMT. New York PMI for March will be released in the United States at 13.45 GMT. February’s factory orders will be published in the United States at 14.00 GMT. On average, investors anticipate the factory orders to rise 1.2% after a 1% drop in January, which could prop up the dollar. FOMC minutes from the meetings held on March 12 are due to be published at 18.00 GMT.
