4:30 AM EST Bank of England (BOE) will release MPC Asset Purchase Facility Votes and MPC Official Bank Rate Votes. The BOE's Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting minutes contain the asset purchase vote and the interest rate vote for each MPC member during the most recent meeting. The breakdown of votes provides insight into which members are changing their stance on asset purchases and interest rates and how close the committee is to enacting a change in the future.

US:

8:30 AM EST Census Bureau will release Building Permits, which measuresannualized number of new residential building permits issued during the previous month.
