Here are 10 things you should know for Wednesday, March 9:

1. -- U.S. stock futures were up slightly Wednesday as European stocks gained and oil prices edged higher.

European stocks, however, traded cautiously as investors prepared for the European Central Bank's policy meeting on Thursday. Many analysts expect the bank to boost stimulus measures.

Asian shares ended the session mixed.
